TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR COACHING + MENTORSHIP PROGRAMS

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern participation in all virtual coaching and mentorship offerings ("Programs") delivered by [TRANSCENDENTAL Life Coaching/ for Coaching & Mentorship Solutions], hereafter referred to as "The Facilitator." By enrolling in any Program, the participant ("Client") agrees to these Terms in full.

1. PROGRAM ENROLLMENT & PAYMENT

  • Enrollment is confirmed upon full payment or upon an approved payment plan agreement.
  • All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated under Section 3 (Satisfaction & Cancellation Policy).
  • Payment plans are a binding financial commitment, regardless of session attendance.

2. PROGRAM DELIVERY

  • All Programs are delivered virtually unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  • Program access may include live Zoom calls, pre-recorded materials, written exercises, digital tools, and community platforms.
  • The Facilitator reserves the right to modify delivery methods, schedules, or content structure to enhance the Client experience.

3. SATISFACTION & CANCELLATION POLICY

  • If a Client is dissatisfied within the first 7 days of a multi-week Program, they may submit a written cancellation request.
  • Upon approval, a prorated refund (less a 10% admin fee) may be issued.
  • No refunds will be granted after the first 7 days.
  • For 1:1 Mentorship, 24 hours' notice is required to reschedule a session. No-shows or late cancellations are counted as used sessions.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • All Program materials (PDFs, audio files, workbooks, slides, etc.) are for individual use only.
  • Reproduction, distribution, or repurposing of any content is strictly prohibited without written consent.

5. CONFIDENTIALITY & ETHICS

  • All personal information shared by the Client during sessions is held in strict confidence.
  • Group Programs require mutual respect for the confidentiality and boundaries of others.
  • The Facilitator reserves the right to remove any participant from a Program for behavior that is disruptive, harmful, or out of alignment with community agreements.

6. RESULTS DISCLAIMER

  • Coaching and mentorship are collaborative growth processes, not therapeutic treatment.
  • The Client is fully responsible for their own implementation, insights, and life decisions.
  • No outcomes are guaranteed; results vary based on individual engagement, timing, and readiness.

7. MEDIA & RECORDINGS

  • Live sessions may be recorded for private archive or redistribution to enrolled clients only.
  • By participating, you grant consent to be recorded unless otherwise negotiated in writing.
  • Personal shares will not be used in marketing or public platforms without explicit consent.

8. FORCE MAJEURE

  • The Facilitator is not liable for delays or interruptions due to unforeseen circumstances (illness, emergencies, platform outages, etc.). Reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule or adapt delivery.

9. GOVERNING LAW

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of [USA/ Maryland].
  • Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal communication and, if needed, mediation.

10. AGREEMENT

  • Enrollment constitutes full understanding and agreement to these Terms.
